​Tuition and fees are based on the number of credit hours taken per semester. Typically, Tartan TOPS students take 6 credit hours at a time. Program Description:
​
The TOPS Program is an educational/career pathway for part-time students aged 18-24 who have an intellectual disability. Students who complete the program will receive an Academic Career Readiness and Training credential. The general education courses taken as part of this program will assist students with developing the skills needed for academic and career success. ​All courses taken within the program are taken for college credit. Students will also complete two semesters of internship experiences to prepare them to enter the workforce. Additionally, the Tartan TOPS Program connects students with Sinclair and community resources that will support them during their time as students and beyond.

Students are encouraged to meet with accessibility counselors, academic advisors, tutors, and others who are in place to help students achieve their academic goals.

Tartan TOPS students have access to free, confidential counseling through Sinclair's Counseling Services. As members of the Tartan TOPS program, students are considered Sinclair students and are invited to participate in all aspects of campus life from participating in events, clubs and organizations, and more.
